Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998)- Eddy has been good in poker for as long as he can remember. So, he and his three friends Soap, Tom and Bacon decide to chip in £25,000 each so he can participate in an illegally run high-roller game organized by a local villain, Hatchet Harry. However, what Eddie and his friends do not realize is that the game is crooked and he ends up owing Harry as many as £500,000 with actual threats of losing his fingers if he doesn't pay within a couple of days! The friends examine various utterly illegal methods of obtaining the money and eventually decide to rip-off the gang of drug-growing thieves next door. Although the scheme is rather simple, everything eventually goes wrong. As extreme chaos breaks loose, Eddy and his friends realize that they must somehow get out before they find themselves pretty much dead! The movie was directed by Guy Ritchie.
