Game Selection
Winner Poker offers Texas Holdem, Omaha, and Stud Poker like most iPoker rooms. There are a wide variety of player skill levels and there are always the free rooms for practice. The rake is 5% with a $3 maximum. Limit games begin at .02/.04 cents. We found the games to be fast and encountered both sharks and minnows in our various games.

Winner Poker is one of the newer poker rooms on the net today. Don’t let this scare you however, because this room is part of the hugely popular iPoker network which operates some of the most popular rooms out there.
The benefit is that although Winner Poker is new, it shares players with a few other iPoker rooms and often has 10,000 or more players online in several thousand games. Naturally many of them are at the Texas Hold’em tables, but we found many players at the Stud and Omaha Tables as well.
Winner Poker’s software is fast and we suffered no disconnections playing the game. We particularly liked the ability to filter games so we could find exactly what we wanted to play. Another nice feature is how simple it is to run a few games at once (up to 8 actually) and we also enjoyed Winner Poker’s sidegames, more of which can be found at it’s sister site Winner Casino.
In terms of bonuses, the welcome bonus for new players (which most people will be) is $200. This money is awarded over time depending on time spent playing ring games and tournaments. There are many other promotions that go on and Winner Poker has a weekly $250,000 guaranteed tournament.
Overall Winner Poker is a, well to avoid being corny we will say a really great poker room. We recommend it and can’t wait to see what it has in store.
